Terms and conditions of sale and products delivery

In accordance with the established by the Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data, as well as your voice, recorded in telephone communications, will be incorporated into an automated file under the responsibility of VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL in order to attend the commitments arising from the relationship we have with you. MERCHANDISE RECEPTION
It is essential that at the time of receipt of the goods to notify any incident that may be in the state of the merchandise or packaging on the delivery note that is signed to the carrier, and communicated to VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL said incidence by e- mail support@vegatrem.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the package If the package shows significant damages with which it is believed that the product could have suffered damages, it must be rejected and VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL must be notified immediately.
GOODS RETURN / TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FINAL USERS
The customer will have a period of 5 days from receipt of the product to send to VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL any claim in relation to the product supplied. After that period the products will be considered as compliant by the client. The rejection of the package at the time of delivery of the product is not considered valid and sufficient. The claim must be made on our website by filling out an application.
VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL is not responsible and reserves the right to refuse possible returns in case of merchandise in poor condition due to improper use or transport damages. If a product is received for repair and it is verified that it is properly functioning, the product will be returned to the customer with freight charges. Only real return will be accepted in the following cases:
a) The return of non-defective merchandise is not accepted by policy
b) Defective goods at the time of receipt: If the product is defective, a request must be made to VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL on our website.Once a claim number has been assigned, the product will be sent to VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL with its original packaging, original manuals and accessories and with the corresponding Claim number visible on the outside of the packaging.
c) Defective product during guarantee period: In case of defective product within the warranty period, warranty handling will be accepted. The original packaging, manuals or accessories will not be necessary. Once assigned a claim number the product will be sent within a maximum period of 20 days. The claim number must appear on the outside of the packaging. After 20 days it will be canceled.
The refund will be made under the conditions assigned and notified in the acceptance of the claim.
WARRANTY
The guarantee of our products will be indicated on the web, within the product file.
PAYMENT METHOD – INVOICE DELIVERING
The form of payment will be reflected in the invoice, under the conditions agreed between the Client and VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL and must be respected. In every instances the invoices will be sent by email. It is the client’s responsibility to inform and keep updated their email address to receive their invoices.
ADVERTISING AND INFORMATIVE MAILING
In accordance with the general conditions of sale of VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL, our clients are incorporated into our database, so you will receive emails with news of our products regarding them. If you wish to apply the right to cancel this service, please contact us. In each email you receive, you can unsubscribe yourself if you no longer wish to receive more news.
CANCELLATION OR ORDERS MODIFICATION
Once an order has been received, we proceed to the execution of it and from that moment no cancellations or modifications will be accepted.
RISK TRANSFER
The risk for loss and / or damage is transmitted to the customer from the moment the merchandise is sent to the customer.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
The product is considered delivered upon leaving the warehouse of VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL. The deadlines for the delivery of the goods are purely informative, not binded to VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL. Unless expressly agreed in writing with VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL, the Customer shall not be entitled to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation (including the return of freight charges) in case of a delay in the delivery of the product. The Client can not refuse to pay the price of the products already delivered when it is produced, by VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL.
DOMAIN RESERVATION
While the client has not paid the price as a result of the sale, the product supplied will be considered property of VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL, with all the inherent rights. The customer will be considered the depositary of the products and must store them separately, clearly identifying them.
If the client does not pay the amount, VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL may choose between demanding immediate payment or terminate the contract and withdraw the products held by the client, without prejudice to the compensation for damages caused to VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL that it may claim.
If the client is object of any seizure or embargo prior to the total payment of the products, it must expressly state that these are the property of VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL in the seizure procedure. If, despite this, they were seized, it will facilitate the exercise, by VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL, of the pertinent third party domain, wich expenses will be paid by the client
The client, in addition to the special affectation of the fulfillment of his obligations, established on the products that are sold, will respond of them with all his other goods.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The responsibility of VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL in the sale operation with respect to the buyer is limited to the amount of the invoice of the product sold and that established by the applicable legislation on consumer matters.
The responsibility of VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL is limited to the amount of the invoice; VEGAMATEOS GUITAR SL is not liable for any loss due to lost profits of the buyer of the goods.
